  • MaineHousing recognized Bath Housing and its Executive Director Debora Keller with the 2016 Stephen B. Mooers Award for the development of Comfortably Home.

  • The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) and NERC/NAHRO both recognized Comfortably Home in 2018 with a National Award of Merit for Program Innovation and an Award of Excellence.

  • The US Department of Housing and Urban Development used Comfortably Home as a model by which to develop its Older Adult Homes Modification Program.
